Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:
Since when i joined RC, and up to when im writing this. RC Has been in need of officers and more members, With me being an officer i am able to host simulations or trainings to, in a way, advertise RC for the old and new people who look forward to join a battalion. With me being from the EU, it places me in a timezone some other people are located in, and i can help from that part of the world.
And if i wish to do as written, becoming officer is the only way
What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:
In the past ive been an officer and VCMDR in shock. The time i am active is always Friday to Sunday because of the timezone im in.
What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?:
Helping NCO's And enlisted, Doing tryouts, trainings and Simulations. Assisting the RC Command personel when asked to.
Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:
As i described, ive been a VCMDR in shock before, and trusted with that kind of power in the past. And after a little mental trip in life ive gained more maturity with stuff that craves attention like a job.
