# Zg2ppWR8esqFWRQ5What is your in-game name?
212th ARC LTCOL Hellion
What rank are you applying for?
Vice Commander
What regiment are you applying for?
212th Attack Battalion
Why do you wish to become a Command member?
I have become deeply invested in both the server and the community, especially within the 212th. My motivation for applying comes from a desire to continue the legacy established by both previous and current Command members such as Resin, Typhon, Fredo, and Joker. Their leadership has helped shape 212th into the strong, respected battalion it is today.
I want to ensure that momentum continues. My goals include maintaining that standard within the battalion and expanding our influence across the server. This includes building more cross-battalion roleplay, coordinating events that give 212th and its subunits defined roles, and maintaining a visible and approachable presence both in-game and on Discord. I want every member of 212th to know their leadership is engaged, supportive, and active.
How much time do you have on the server?
727 hours. as of this application
What are the duties of a Command member?
I believe the responsibilities of a Command member are extensive and interconnected. They include managing player engagement, monitoring battalion population and morale, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, coordinating with other command members, collaborating with other regiments, and managing rosters, SOPs, and documentation.
Each of these duties requires time, care, and consistency. For example, simply addressing player engagement might involve mentoring new officers, creating meaningful SIMs, or building systems that reward initiative. Command is more than task completion. It is about building a battalion culture that can thrive and sustain itself.
Why should we trust you with this position?
I believe I have already demonstrated trustworthiness through my time in 212th Low-Command. I have worked my way up to Lieutenant Colonel and currently serve as a Senior GM. In both roles, I have been entrusted with permissions and responsibilities, and I have handled them respectfully and without abuse.
I have consistently shown commitment to the battalion, supported its members, and taken initiative when needed. I approach leadership with humility and professionalism, and I believe my experience and character reflect someone who can be relied upon in a Command role.
How often can you be online?
My availability is consistent, although much of it falls outside of peak hours. I recognize that this may be a limitation, but I am fully prepared to coordinate with other Command members and officers to ensure continued coverage and engagement during high-traffic times.
When I am online, I am ready to contribute wherever needed. Whether it is administrative work, interaction with the battalion, or supporting server-wide initiatives, I am committed to being dependable and proactive within the time I have available.
Do you have any warns?
I do not have any warns.
Summary Statement
The 212th has been a defining part of my time on the server. Taking on the role of Vice Commander is my way of giving back to the battalion that has given me purpose and belonging. I am ready to uphold the standard set by those before me and to push the battalion forward through consistent leadership, thoughtful collaboration, and meaningful engagement with both our members and the broader server community.
