Why do you think you should be Ashoka/Bariss? (Required 50+ words):

My commitment to keeping Barriss Offee canon and portraying her with not only a sense of realism, but also honesty sans melodrama is why I am constantly auditioning for the role. Barriss, with her steady hand in judgment, tactical mind, and steadfast belief in the Jedi Order as an institution, is why I am applying to. Given my long history as a member of the Gmod Player 15,000+, I possess the innate characteristics that make me a good example. This would allow me to advise other Padawans, strengthen the unity in the Order, and do justice to such a respected character both in the general story and outside of roleplay.

What makes you stand out from others who also want to be Ashoka/Bariss? (Required 50+ words):

The thing that sets me apart is my continued involvement, my ability to interact with players from top to bottom, and the amount of time I have spent creating roleplaying situations that are immersive and canon. By practicing patience and precision, I set guides to let others grow on it through teamwork. My experience in high-stress roles showed me that one must balance the directive and empathetic to get the most out of all team members.

What would be some of the things you would do as Ashoka/Bariss? (Required 50+ words):

If I were to become Barriss Offee, our focus in training would shift to cohesion and operability. We achieved incremental improvements by incorporating routine sparring. As Barriss Offee, my role would involve collaborating with senior Jedi to plan missions, nurturing team spirit, and providing individualized support to team members. I would maintain our tradition of regular team-building activities, encouraging a culture of transparency and approachability. Moreover, I have been making Gmod for a very long time, doing Imperial and Clone Wars on most servers. I am the seventh sister, but this time around, I would like to come Barriss Offee and roleplay out all I can with this lore character as I do with all of the lore characters I become.
