Why do you wish to become a Command member?

I want to become a Vice Commander to gain more experience in leadership within Rancor Battalion. This position would allow me to contribute beyond my current responsibilities by assisting with tryouts, organization, and battalion changes. I wish to help members improve, and step in wherever leadership is needed. My goal is to help maintain a strong battalion, improve its efficiency, and ensure Rancor continues to function at its highest ability.

What are the duties of a Command member?

A Command member is responsible for the overall performance and stability of the battalion. This includes enforcing rules and changing the roster and documents when they need to be changed, and supporting and guiding members to make sure they know what is expected, Command is also expected to host or oversee missions, SIMs, and Trainings/Tryouts, and identify areas where the battalion can improve while still hosting Trainings, Tryouts, SIMs, and Missions to keep the battalion lively.

You can trust me with this role because I am invested in Rancor Battalion. I understand the responsibility that comes with command. I work well with others, and am willing to step up when something needs to be handled. While still having fun and connecting with others within not only Rancor but the entire server.

How often can you be online?

I am able to be active most days. When I am unable to be in game, I can always reply on discord.
