Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I believe becoming 2LT will allow me to better my responsibilities, as well as better my connection to the community helping others by strengthening my leadership skills especially within our own battalion. Not only that but being able to host basic trainings and different SIMs that help others better their experience, also helping in our battalion itself and its NCOs with their Tryouts, SIMs, and Basic Trainings if needed.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I would say what makes me qualified is I already have experience in this server as an officer for quite some time. Having good communication and being able to perform well when in a serious situation or a situation which seems overwhelming for some people. On top of that I love to put dedication into the battalion, and feel being respectful towards others while also being able to connect with the other people in the server are key traits for leadership, which I believe is important to have because it brings more to the server.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: I believe a 2LT should be helping others host SIMs, Basic Trainings, and Tryouts for others while also hosting your own, showing leadership skills, keeping in communication with lower ranking enlisted or NCOs and Command. Also growing on my own skills for better responsibilities in the future. Being a role model and mentor and helping whenever needed for enlisted or NCOs not only in the Rancor battalion but others. And lastly having the patience to put in the time to lead and learn.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I've been in the battalion for a little bit now and believe full heartedly this is the correct path to go down and I would like the opportunity to on greater responsibilities even more so by showing teamwork and being committed to put in even more dedication into our battalion.
