Why do you wish to Become a 2LT?: I used to be a officer within shock and since i have rejoined i have been continuing to conduct myself as an officer while being an NCO. Due to my experience in 104th officer and Shock officer i feel that i am fit enough to be a 2LT.

What makes you qualified to become a 1lt over other Candidates?: I have continuously preformed at an officer level when dealing with situations within the shock battalion, and i have a lot of experience as an officer due to my prior experiences. I have also received recommendations and demands from current officers and my commander

What is the job of a 2LT In the Battalion?: The job of a 2LT is to maintain cohesion between enlisted, NCOs, and command. We are the back bone and support structure for our enlisted and NCOs we are also the support for our commanders and vice commanders so they are not bombarded with every issue we have within the battalion. We are to lead when no one else will step up to lead we are the second line of command after our leaders.
