Why do you want to be a member of support?:
I want to join the Support Team so that I may help bring a meaningful and impactful light to the Community. I originally started off in the FrostBiteGaming Community and desired to provide the most meaningful impact to the community in RP. However more recently I have joined the Staff-Team and realized that I am able to bring a similar impact to the community outside of RP, and with staff came knowledge of Support, and now I have opened my horizons and desire to join more than just Staff to become a better community member and build a greater reputation amongst this community. I also want to do my very best to help everyone and ensure that everyone loves and enjoys this community as much as I do. I was originally inspired to join staff by my friends in the staff team, and these same friends have inspired me to join the Support Team where I can support and help everyone in the community regardless of what battalion or unit they may be in!

Why should we trust you to become a member of support?:
You should trust me as a member of the Support Team due to my massive plethora of relevant experience in similar staff positions and my dedication to the staff team. Some of the most notable positions I have held are Head Admin on GamingLights SCP-RP, along with their equivalent of Support Team Lead, Forums Team Lead and Game Master Director. I know the entire playbook for support, along with how to help solve issues which I may not know how to solve myself. I am fully confident in my abilities to assist people with nearly any issue that may arise, and as I said, those that I am unable to help, I know how to get the answer for them. 

Are you familiar with ALL of our community guidelines and procedures?:
I am confident that I am familiar with all of the public guidelines and procedures that this community has. And for the guidelines and such that I don’t know, I am fully confident in my ability to learn and perfect these new procedures.

How would you greet someone who has a problem with their ticket?:
I would greet someone by saying one of the following:

"Hello there! My name is Goat, I am a member of the support team here for FrostBite Gaming, what seems to be your issue today?”

"Hey there, I’m Goat, I am here to help you with whatever your problem might be, so lets see whats going on and how we can fix it for you!”

“Hello there their name, My name is Goat, I am here to assist you as a member of the support team. If you could tell me what seems to be your issue today, I’ll see what we can do about fixing this issue and getting you back into the fun!”

As a member who's worked under goat, I think he'd be a great addition to the support team, he's wildly experience in a multitude of things.
