To preface, I have over 20,000 Hours on Gmod, I have been playing since 2022. During this time I have held a plethora of high level leadership positions over Multiple networks, Each Network listed had averaged similar pop to Frostbite currently, While every server has its high points and low points, This is Each Position I have filled that I believe is relevant listed below.

Republic Governor - Criminal HCOM

As my latest position, My focuses have revolved around the implementation of a new regiment, and the Revival of another in the Republic Navy.

Mace Windu - Jedi HCOM

My Focuses here were on the longevity of Jedi as well as the miscellaneous assignments I took such as stints as the SF Overseer, Co Naval Overseer, and Multiple Army Regiments as well as multiple structural changes serverwide, Such as assisting in the introduction of Command Quota, as well as assisting in the overhaul of multiple Command Policies such as Reserves, and Transfers.

Ki Adi Mundi - Jedi Command + Acting 21st Command(For a few weeks)

As Ki Adi Mundi, My focus was on the success of Jedi as I consistently led efforts to reform aspects of Jedi, such as the Jedi Library, The Budget Systems, and other miscellaneous items. During this time ingame I put an emphasis on the quality of dueling and roleplay. During the Time I was acting Command of 21st, I was tasked with temporary leadership until the new leadership structure was ready. When they were ready, Beans and Feathers took the reigns as I returned to my efforts within Jedi. My time with jedi was filled with me taking a multitude of Padawans, Many of which became members of Command themselves, such as Zap, Green, and Nightmare.
Imperial Governor Criminal HCOM(GamingLight)

This was the position I spent the least amount of time in due to the closing of GamingLight,However while I was here, My duties were quite similar to my current duties. My Focus was on the Revival of Naval and Starfighter.

Pyke Boss - Commander for roughly a year on GamingLight

During my time as Pyke Boss, with the help of a group of people who I can only describe as the finest leaders I have seen in this game, Facilitated not only the revival of a regiment, But the rebirth of one. Criminal is a faction that seldomly works in this game, I've seen many servers attempt it, but we succeeded where others failed, We carefully navigated the political climate that comes with Criminal relations, and we thrived. Pyke taught me how to be a leader. Out of every position I have ever held, This is the one I am most proud of my time in, When I found pyke, I was broken, They helped put me back together and trusted me to lead them, Ever since, All I have tried to do is serve my people to the best of my ability.

Republic Admiral - Solo HCOM(Garnet Gaming)

During my time in the position I was pulling double duty, as a Member of Management for 2 different servers on the network. I went into this position without previous experience, I made mistakes, Decisions I regret, Choices where the other option may have been better, But I attacked every issue with my best foot forward until my eventual resignation where I left my leadership positions due to IRL issues and continued playing as a Jedi.

Why do you wish to become a High Command Member?:

Ultimately I wish to become Supreme Commander so I can serve my people to an even greater extent. For me, My reasonings are much more personal. To me this is more then a game, For me, I am fighting to preserve something I believe is special, this Gamemode helped a lot of people through really rough periods of their life, Sometimes the best way to find solace in a cold world is to escape it to a universe you love. I'm fighting to keep the memories of those who didn't make it, Everyone has a different story of why this means so much to them, Why they are willing to dedicate their free time for effectively a volunteer position, that brings stress and drama into their lives, For me its the memory of my brother, He would watch me play this game, sitting next to me laughing his heart out, For me this has transcended a game because its about maintaining something in this world that matters, Creating a world people can escape to, Because Afterall, There's no greater purpose in this world then serving your people.

What are the duties of a High Command Member?:

Supreme Commander or any top rank within a Roleplay server is a different beast, Being at the top of the mountain means ultimately the success and wellbeing of regiments is your responsibility. Supreme Commanders are responsible for ensuring the success and direction the server moves in. Its the job of the Supreme Commander to identify future leaders and put them on the path for success, and when things go wrong, The Supreme Commander needs to have the ability to throw themselves into the worst of situations to work towards fixing them, Whether its them physically doing the work, Or putting the right person on the path to achieve the goals. I believe its important to remember the Supreme Commander is not alone, and has all of High Command for support, Its the duty of the Supreme Commander to put the right person in each situation and guide the server into the future.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I can be trusted with this position because of my Experience and my Track Record, I've made every mistake there is to make over my 20k hours, I've had Highs and Lows throughout my time playing, However what has remained consistent is I have always tried to do what I believed was best. My mistakes serve as my greatest teachers, Through out my time in this game, Its become quite apparent to me, a vast majority of ideas are possible, sometimes they just require a different point of view to figure out how. Lastly, Throughout my time on Frostbite, I have always thrown myself into the worst of situations in an attempt to help fix them, Through out my time here, I was one of 3 individuals including Jabronie and Gramps who were brought in to redevelop Naval, When 21st's Command Team left all at once, I stepped up to help guide them to their future Command, When other HCOM needed help Overseeing Regiments, I was frequently amongst those who stepped up to help such as with SF prior to Prometheus's promotion. When it came time to introduce a Criminal Element, I worked tirelessly to figure out how they would operate here. When I became Governor and Naval HCOM was left Vacant, I stepped up and took acting Command to ensure Naval's Survival. Everything I have done on here from the Characters I played, to positions I held, My only priority was the wellbeing of the server and those on it.
