Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I've been in Rancor, and I'm still in Rancor, serving as Vice Commander Havoc, I've supported the battalion ever since I attained this position, and I want to do more and expand my capabilities in Rancor. I've been active in my battalion and have always been available to my troopers whenever they needed anything. During my time as Vice Commander, I learned a lot about my role and the way a command member should present themselves. I was able to be accompanied by 3 amazing command members, and together we were able to make Rancor a self-sustaining battalion. I will keep this up and ensure Rancor stays as successful as it currently is.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

The duties of a command member are very varied, command members are in charge of ensuring the stability of their battalion and overseeing all operations done within it. Command members are primarily doing all the logistics stuff, but they're not limited to stuff like hosting the weekly meetings for their respective battalions, answering all questions give to them by any member of any rank, handle the roster and ensure its always up to date, and not to mention its fully up to them who even gets to become the next command members as officer promotions and just any promotion is extremely important. A command member should always go down with his battalion and take full responsibility for everything.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I've already been trusted with the Vice Commander position, so I believe it shouldn't be any different going up to Commander. I've shown myself to be capable to all of Rancor, and I was left with an amazing foundation to work with that all of Rancor Command has been building up, since Rancor has already proven that they can be extremely active. If I were to attain this position, I would put all my focus on Rancor with whatever eligible time I would have.
