Why do you think you should be Cin Drallig/Quinlan Vos? (Required 150+ words):

I believe that I should be Cin Drallig as I have served within Temple Guard for over 3 months, and have spent that time dead focused on the sub-battalion, and it's development since reaching WoTG. I have Several months of experience in similar leadership, 3 Months for Temple Guard, a couple weeks for Combat Engineers, and 104th for 3 months. I believe that under my watch, after months without a Cin Drallig, and being the sole leader of Temple Guard, the sub-battalion will greatly benefit from a new, multi-member leadership team. My successor for the non-lore leadership at this time is already decided, and I believe that it is finally my time to free up a leadership position to bring in more leadership for Temple Guard. And alongside them, we will build Temple Guard to flourish, building it up to the greatest extent within our power. My power may be limited, but through co-operation, hard work, and renewed leadership, I believe I can help lead TG to it's peak.

What makes you stand out from others who also want to be Cin Drallig/Quinlan Vos? (Required 100+ words):

I believe that my experience in Temple Guard, the server as a whole, and holding a Command position, all have driven me to be the perfect candidate for Cin Drallig at this time. I have held the rank of WoTG for 3 months, in which, I have gotten the Temple Guard job to have equipment I believed to have been missing, and improves our experience, and under my leadership we have also raised TG from it's struggling position with zero members, to our current 5 members, and growing. I also had helped among the 104th Command to try improve the battalion-wide experience, and my experience from which I believe will assist me in driving forward the Temple Guard.

What would be some of the things you would do as Cin Drallig/Quinlan Vos? (Required 100+ words):

Firstly, as Master Cin Drallig I would work together with the next WoTG in order to host activities supporting Temple Guard recruitment via giving Jedi yet to decide on Temple Guard or Shadow a chance to experience the Temple Guard sub-battalion and increasing our visibility on the server. (Already planning on a Temple Guard taster-day mission, alongside another Temple Inspection)

Secondly, once the Temple Guard are at a satisfactory point member-wise, I plan on working alongside Command teams and the GM team in order to curate missions to expand Temple Guard roleplay, and build up the sub-battalion to give the best experience I can form within my ability.

Thirdly, I will use the position of Cin Drallig in order to give my fellow TG the ability to voice their opinions on the sub-battalions, and drive forward the necessary changes they seek for a better experience. Alongside working with Command teams to form a fair experience, which provides all members more enjoyment.
