Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I wish to become a 2LT because after having had time away from the server I have found myself renewed and enjoying the server again, and feel that I can now aid in bringing the 41st back to prominence.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I have leagues of experience in multiple other servers but more importantly I have experience in this server and more specifically this battalion having previously made it to the position of Vice Commander.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The job of a 2LT in the 41st is to be that bridge between the NCOs and Enlisted, and the Low Command and Command team giving them more freedom by filtering through any problems or questions newer members may have. It is also to ensure that the battalion is active and showing themselves to be truly active whether that is via SIMs and Trainings or just being present throughout the server and being helpful.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I believe that I should be trusted because as far as I am aware I have conducted myself in a manner becoming of an officer through dedication, professionalism, and activity. I am intent on focusing on conducting SIMs and Trainings with members of the 41st to keep people more engaged with the battalion as well as organising cross battalion SIMs as allow for us to connect better with members of other battalions.
