As a General, I aim to continue growing as a leader and take on greater responsibility within the battalion. My goal is to have a stronger impact on the community by supporting both leadership and fellow members, maintaining discipline and professionalism, and ensuring that operations, trainings, and events are organized and executed successfully. I am committed to helping others develop, making sound decisions, and contributing to the battalion's long-term success. I believe this position would allow me to make a more strategic contribution while working alongside High Command to achieve our shared goals and strengthen the community as a whole.

What are the duties of a High Command Member?:

High Command members are responsible for performing the administrative duties that keep battalions and the Frostbite community operating efficiently behind the scenes. They manage records, oversee document approvals, maintain organizational structure, and ensure important information is communicated accurately throughout the server. HICOM provides support and guidance to battalion leadership, enforces community regulations, and helps coordinate operations, events, and internal processes. By handling critical administrative responsibilities they ensure battalions run smoothly, remain organized, and continue to achieve their goals effectively.

I believe I can be trusted with this position because I've consistently shown that I'm reliable and willing to put in the work when it's needed. I enjoy having fun and I'm not always the most serious person, but I know when it's time to lock in and handle my responsibilities. When something needs to get done, I make sure it gets done properly. I'm always willing to help others, support command teams, and do whatever is needed to keep battalions running smoothly. Whether it's handling administrative work behind the scenes, solving problems, or helping members, I'll do my part without needing to be asked twice. If given this opportunity, I'll continue to uphold HICOM standards, stay active, and do everything I can to support both the leadership team and the community.
