Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I want to be a Vice Commander because, after spending a few months with the 212th, I’ve truly come to appreciate everything 212th has to offer. Being part of the 212th has been an amazing experience, and I’m eager to step up and contribute in a bigger way.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

To effectively lead their battalion and carry out their duties, these responsibilities include maintaining rosters and important documents, guiding officers in their roles, and facilitating roleplay within their battalion. They must also foster positive relationships with other regiments and be willing to take on tasks usually handled by officers and NCOs, such as conducting NCO trainings, overseeing tryouts, engaging with new players, and much more.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

The reason why I should be trusted to become Vice Commander of the 212th is because I genuinely enjoy leading others and being part of a community that works together and supports each other. During my time as a Major and 2AB Lead Barlex, I learned a lot about running a sub-branch, helping new troopers grow, and keeping things organized and active. I also served as Starfighter Commander on Gaminglight, where I worked with high command to improve how things ran and make the regiment better for everyone.

I’m still in school and work so most days in the afternoon
