(explain): I used to be an Admin on an old darkRP and then went on to cofound a server after that one died, and said server didnt last long either, but across both servers i had maybe 6ish months of admin experience RavenRP and wasteland RP was the names but this was years ago

Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? I'm looking to join the staff team to help ease the load off the few staff that are on, and to help build the community into something that people want to be apart of. From IRL duties, i believe i can bring quite a bit to the server, being a kickboxing instructor for anyone aged 4 and up i feel as if i have the experience to deal with any situation that might arise on the server whether it be small time bickering to someone minging and massrdm/disrespect

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?: I will cross reference the name and steamid with whats on the logs, make sure its the right person, and if they left on purpose and not because of crashing i will issue a warning and a three day ban acording to the staff handbook (LTAP)

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?: Attempt to de-escalate the situation and if that fails, gag them, warn them of the consequences if they continue to staff/player disrespect, and if they still go at it after ungagging them go through the proper forms of punishment, verbal/formal for the fearRP, verbal/formal for the disrespect if they do calm down, and then a three day ban if they continue to disrespect as according to the staff handbook
