What is your activity like throughout the week?:

When work is normal I can be on a minimum of every other day

Why should you be given a chance to join Junior Management?:

I have been in staff for over a year now, with a majority of that time being an admin, I always try my best to help the community where I can from helping people on discord, to taking what tickets on the server I can and training what ever staff I'm able to within the constraints of my time zone. On top of this I believe I can bring a fresh perspective on any ideas or issues the server may encounter and my problem solving skills with the attention to detail I can have will also aid this.

Provide three strengths that you posses which you’d bring to JMT which you’d use to benefit the Staff Team:

As I mentioned above I believe my problem solving skills and attention to detail can help in most situations that the server may encounter. The second strength I would say is my determination, if I want to work something out, fix something etc I will do my absolute damnedest to find and fix the issue in any way possible, and finally I believe that experience is a good thing to bring to the table, from me being a team leader at my job, coaching kids and adults as a hobby and being former head admin on a long dead server I bring a strong leadership role, being always willing to help in any which way I can and help coach the lower staff along the way much preferring to let them handle tickets and shadow them coaching them along the way than taking over difficult tickets, teaching them how to deal with things without micromanaging them and directly telling them what to do but leading them to the correct answer instead.

As a Superadmin if you see a Staff Member overusing curse words, being aggressive and overall providing subpar assistance, how would you go about dealing with that situation?:

I would pull the staff member to one side and talk to them, ask them what's up, is everything ok, and talk to them how there current behaviour isn't acceptable, that they need to either tone it down with the language, or if its subpar assistance tell them where they've gone wrong and guide them on how they should of handled the ticket/scenario. If this does not fix the issue I would then discuss the issue with other members of management and figure out a plan on how to approach this whether its a verbal, strike or further punishments fitting the issue.

What do you believe makes a quality Staff Member?:

I Believe a quality staff member is someone who is decently active within the community, someone who is level headed, brings leadership qualities but is also objective and unbiased in all situations involving the community.

As a Superadmin you’ll have the responsibility of handing out punishments possibly resulting in backlash, would you be able to handle said responsibility?:

Yes I can, being previous head admin on a dark rp server I had to give out a lot of punishments, and also deal with a lot of appeals on said punishments..
