How Many Hours do you have on the server?:

Why do you wish to apply for the Gamemaster position?
For the most part I want to be part of the server in a more impactful way and assist in the creation of new RP events, encounters, and more. It greatly interests me in learning about GMod and doing more as a part of the staff team.
What sets you apart from the other applicants?
I have years of experience both in being a roleplayer and hosting experiences for roleplay sessions (mainly text based sessions on Discord or in chat groups, and sometimes VRChat). I'm a big learner and can be brought to understand the lore and how to operate using GMod mechanics. I'm always receptive to ideas, bringing up ideas to enhance or help other's experiences, and coming up with new/creative ideas to bring to the table.
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your creativity?
9/10 (I usually take time to come up with creative idea over basic or quick ideas)
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your knowledge of the lore?
Star Wars lore: 9/10 (I prefer expanded universe over Disney cannon, but I try to fill in any gaps of knowledge)
Server RP lore: 6/10 (Been a round for a while, but sometimes I missed some stuff that happened on server, but I'm always willing to learn and fill in the gaps if need be)
Provide an example of an event you can create.
Event: On Map - A murder is reported to have taken place at the village at Sector 2. Two Twi'lek adults (Male Husband and Female Wife) are found dead in a alley and it's up to investigative teams (SF/Shock) to figure what happened to them and find leads to the murderer(s). Out in the middle of Sector 2 there will be a vendor/merchant that is actually a smuggler and willing to sell to anyone willing to buy. They're smart enough not to sell anything illegal to shock, jedi, or authority types. The smuggler would have kidnapped a Twi'lek girl (adult female and daughter to the murdered Twi'leks) and have her hidden away.
Objectives: It be a RP heavy style where the smuggler is selling wares and making a profit to get off world with his ill gotten gains and possibly the kidnapped Twi'lek. While that is happening is it up to troopers, especially the ones that are acting as investigators to find clues, ask questions, and obtain leads to catch the murderer(s) and finally arrest them, while also hopefully rescuing the Twi'lek captive alive...hopefully.
Mechanics: It's heavy RP so lot's off rolls, inspecting, investigating, deception checks, charisma checks. Investigative team can even try to put on deceptive disguises to try and fool the smuggler into giving up their intentions or even trick them into selling something illegal or giving up that they have a kidnapped Twi'lek. There can be a failure at a point and results can either vary in the smuggler getting away unknown, having their cover blown, or getting arrested. The kidnapped Twi'lek being rescued, killed, or taken away off world. Even more the results might even lead to the investigators not even finding out who killed the Twi'leks at Sector 2. It's all about being informed, gatering evidence, and getting good rolls to outsmart the each other.
Do you understand that abuse of power will result in your removal and blacklist?
I fully understand that abusing my can result in my removal and blacklist.
What is your prior experience with gamemastering or similar roles?
Most of my experiences as a gamemaster/ storyteller is made on text based roleplay servers on Discord servers, and I haven't game mastered on a GMod server, bu I'm always willing to try and willing to learn how the details work.
How do you handle conflict and difficult situations?
I handle difficult situations by writing down issue and trying to calmly work out the problem or to request assistance from someone that has the ability/experience in handling the issue and learning from them so I work on said issue if it ever comes up in the future.
What are your preferred event genres or themes?
Large and small scaled battles, heavy rp types with short stories and long story driven rp, I enjoy a good funny idea every now and then, and themes that can get people thinking hard, teaming up battalions to get through difficult objectives, and battles that can leave an impact or a scar on the Republic's reputation.
Is there anything else you wish to add?
I know I don't have much in the way of practical experience using GMod, but I do like to think I have good ideas to bring to the table and would love to bring here in a much bigger way.
