# SEnRFCf45BLbMmDvWhat is your in-game name and rank?:
In-Game Name: Elusive Fox | Rank: Captain
What rank are you applying for?
Vice Commander Vill
What regiment are you applying for?:
501st
Why do you wish to become a Command member?:
I wish to assist the 501st to the best of my abilities, to continue to grow its officers, NCOs, and seek to bring in more enlisted, and to have greater access and responsibility to assist the battalion as a whole.
How much time do you have on the server?:
1006 hours
What are the duties of a Command member?:
Aside from the usual tasks of hosting SIMs, leading as Ground Command, and promoting battalion members. Command is the face and voice of the battalion too where the commander's actions carries weight and those actions represent the battalion as a whole. They bring order in the battalion and keep everyone informed of big events, keeping the books in order, and bridging the gap in communication between their battalion and the other battalions and High Command. A good commander would have to know when it's a good time to relax and have fun, build up momentum for the battalion for events, and when to keep things serious or orderly during moments like debrief and if a punishment needs to be issue.
Why should we trust you with this position?:
I've been a part of the server for a few years, I held high ranking roles in medical, 212th, 104th, and 501st, and assisted battalions to the best of my abilities in the past, and currently I'm working on building ideas to bring in some activity, SIMs, and events. I try to be as active with the server and battalion as possible and do what I can to bring in fun times to the battalion. I'm also good with taking my role seriously enough that I don't go about abusing my position or power, I don't let influence or drama sway my decisions, and I typically like to focus on building fun moments, events, and SIMs rather than just doing the status quo and rushing out a PVP.
How often can you be online?:
I try to be online as much as possible each day. Usually keeping on for a few hours (~4-5 hours)
Do you have any warns?:
I have no warns
