5. Why do you wish to become an Officer in the 21st?:

I believe I have a good understanding of the battalion's role within the server now and how I could best help, and I believe our Officer Corps is lacking in active members for my time zone. I believe my experience could supplement the existing officer corps with further activity that could bolster our battalion.

6. What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over the other candidates?:

My experience as a leader is what sets me apart from the other candidates. I've been in GMOD communities for going on 7 years now, and in that time, I've been in command roles on many servers, gaining critical leadership experience, and in that time, I've learned how to be proficient in document creation, ground command, hosting different trainings/SIMs, and general leadership skills directed towards SWRP in particular

7. What is the job of an Officer in the battalion?:

To be an active pillar of their battalion and lead the battalion in training/simulations, lead the battalion's troops during events, and missions in the stead of command if not present.

8. Why should you be trusted with being an Officer?:

I should be an officer because I'm active and dedicated to this battalion, and I believe my conduct in and out of the game has proven my trustworthiness. Having participated in several missions for the 21st I know our role in and out of combat situations as HAZMAT professionals.
