Reason for Punishment: Insubordination refusing to join the 21st open comms in the discord during an off map

Why you believe the punishment is unjustified: I was asked by a lower ranked member to join comms which a refused to at the time because at the time I did not want to be in comms I was not informed that the commander wanted me to join comms. their is also no rule in the 21st about having to be in comms as well as I was only in the event for 10 minutes before I had to go
