What is your activity like throughout the week?: I’m online most days of the week for about an hour at a time, sometimes more, it depends on the day.

What Previous experience have you had if any?: I was a Head Admin for a Half Life server and helped them create the foundation for their staff team. That’s pretty much it.

Why should you be given a chance to join Junior Management?: I feel like I could do a lot of good work in Junior Management, and it would give me a good opportunity to work with Management on day to day operations, with my goal of making the server more enjoyable overall for everyone.

Why should we pick you over other candidates?: I’m fully dedicated to Frostbite, and I only want this server to grow, and for it to be a fun, welcoming, and engaging experience. I’m able to see a problem, and I am always willing to find a way to resolve it by reaching the best possible conclusion for all involved parties. I’m professional when I need to be, and I know when I’m wrong, and how to correct myself accordingly.

Provide three strengths that you possess which you’d bring to JMT which you’d use to benefit the Staff Team: I am confident in my abilities, I think before I act, and keep my emotions to myself, and I’m good at solving problems.

As a Superadmin if you see a Staff Member overusing curse words, being aggressive and overall providing subpar assistance, how would you go about dealing with that situation?: I’d take the staff member and speak with them privately. I’d ask them what’s going on, why they’re acting that way, and attempt to find a compromise. If it’s a personal issue, I’d encourage them to request an LOA, and take time away from the server to deal with their issues. If they’re just overall a negative and rude person, I’d consider removal with other JMT and Management members.

What do you believe makes a quality Staff Member?: A friendly and welcoming attitude, resourcefulness, and a willingness to ask for help when they don’t know what to do.

As a Superadmin you’ll have the responsibility of handing out punishments possibly resulting in backlash, would you be able to handle said responsibility?: Yes.
