Why do you wish to become a Officer? (explain in 50+ words, no less): I wish to become an officer within the 501st because I want to help their command team grease the gears so to speak, and create a welcoming environment for their existing members and any new recruits we manage to train going forward. I also want to establish a solid chain of command, so any enlisted or nco's can communicate effectively with our command and express any concerns they may have, or push forward and suggestions that could potentially improve the battalion.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I have solid experience with leading troops and managing battalions, with my time as Waxer and a Vice Commander in 212th. I also understand how to maintain good relations with other people, which helps to maintain a fun and inviting atmosphere, allowing for growth within a battalion.

What is the job of a Officer in the Battalion? (explained in good detail): An officer's main responsibility in my opinion is to represent their battalion, whether it's hosting missions/sims for other people, or leading on the field. This gives people that aren't in the battalion an idea of what the rest of its members are like, and if they're represented in a positive light, it may convince new people to join. Their second responsibility is to train and lead their troops, whether in the field leading by example, or teaching them how to improve upon their skills in trainings or sims.

Why should you be trusted with being an Officer? (use 50+ words no less): I only wish the best for the 501st and I wish to help out as much as I can. I have the previous experience required for me to be as effective as I can be in this position, and I believe that allows me to be trusted to help their other officers and command members MAKE THE 501ST GREAT AGAIN.
