How many hours do you have on the server?: 103 Hours at the Moment i type this.

Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:

I would like to see RC thrive even more than it already does. With multiple new members joining from the EU i think i could help out a lot as an officer within RC.
Helping RC Command with my Opinion of how people are doing that they might not see as much and also be able to help new People even more than i can as an NCO.
I would love to try and make RC be a very Active Battalion even with the Lower Member count we may have in our Battalion and having an active officer in EU hours i think could help.
Im currently learning a lot about the server as a whole, this also includes the discord system however i think ive started to learn it really well and would like to teach others as much as i can.
As ive already done a little i would love to do more Flag ups Helping RC have a presence on the server getting everyone to be great friends and getting to know eachother.
I would love to help RC get to a point where Both Delta and Omega are full Squads and White Squad also gets some Higher Ranks For me this would mean that RC would be able to help out in Events in multiple Ways by sending squads to do diffrent tasks when necesary.
I would also just love to see RC have more Officers at the moment we only have one so getting more people up there might also encurage more people to try to rise through the ranks.
I feel like the opinions off the officers can be very Valuable in a Battalion so seing RC get more Officers would be a big + for me.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:

I am Qualified to become a 2LT over others first of Because of my Activity, at the Moment i play nearly 10 hours a day.
Im from the EU so having an Officer that is from the EU would Make it so RC should be more active as there are more opertunities for lower ranks to get things done.
On my old server where i played on and off for 7 years i was a Brigadier withing Fleet wich was Close to the highest ranks on the server, During this i would lead Events Lead all off Fleet work with Spreadsheets and much more.
During the time on the old server i was also Vice Commander of 212th, Colonel in CG, 2x Colonel in 212th, Colonel in CE, Event Planner for 3 Years.
So i beleive i have the experience it takes to Lead troops and keep order and fun in the Battalion.
I would say myself ive been keeping a good amount of logs both tryout and General Activies Managing to get RC of the week aswell.
I know im pretty new to RC however i think i am showing my worth slowly but surely.
I do have the goal off one day Becoming Command in RC and helping RC in this way.
I am very motivated as i might already have shown on the Server.
I am very up to asking Questions and Admiting if i make mistakes as all humans do.
I am a Trial Gamemaster at the Moment and Plan to move Forward in GM where i have already done a few Events.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?:

I would say that withing RC a 2LT has multiple Responsibilities.
An RC 2LT Should be good at communicating with RC Command as RC Only has 3 Officer spots and should therefore be a kind of Eyes and Ears for Command as Command cant always be present.
A RC 2LT should also be the Person that all new Members and NCO's can come ask about anything and be more than happy to help and give advice when they can.
RC 2LT should also Be around to help with any Sims or Trainings while also doing Such Themselfs to Make RC better at what they do.
RC 2LT Should also be able to lead their Squad if their Squad Leaders are not present and make the Right Decisions withing their Squad and RC overall.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:

I would say i should be trusted with 2LT for Multiple Reasons.
I am currently a TGM and do not plan on abusing any of that power, and if i can be trusted with that RC 2LT should also be something i can be trusted with.
I am an Adult in my 20's I know how to act and behave.
I have much Experience in Leadership roles maybe not on this server but on other servers.
I try to do atleast one tryout a day and just improve RC by doing my best to get new members Meaning it would not make sense for me to go and use 2LT for something stupid.
Helping People is something i strive for and would love to do more off
