650RPM Firerate to 750RPM

90% Mobility to 95% Mobility

35 Damage to 25 Damage 

87% Stability

Ammo: 45

Add attachment:
Holosight from the Westar 11
Decrease firerate by 13.33% (Goes to 650RPM)
Increase damage by 40% (goes to 35DMG)
Decrease Mobility by 5.26& (Goes to 90% Mobility)

Why should this be added?:
This should be added to give the DP24 Shock more individuality and make it more special for our Battalion as a whole giving us a high RPM low damage CQC weapon and then an option to make it mid range with a scope added and higher damage for lower RPM.
