Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:

I wish to help and aid my battalion, and host some sims from time to time to test their skills. I enjoy the 41st and like its members, and i think a way i could contribute further and help them is by ranking up a bit and giving some advice and help to my fellow NCO's and Enlisted's.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:

I believe i gained enough experience from being an NCO, and knowledge from other officers which includes those in the 41st. While i am quite silly most of the time, i also take my job seriously when i have to, and try to set a good example for others. I give information to those who needs it, and usually take the lead for the 41st enlisted if no other NCO's or Officers are on.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?:

2nd Lieutenant acts as a bridge between Officers+ and NCO's and below. They conduct tryouts and simulations, guide and help the NCO's and help Command with documents if help is required. They need to be someone that the NCO's and enlisted look up to and rely on when needed.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:

I am aware of the duty and responsibility that comes when being an Officer. I try to contribute to the 41st as much as i can. I've also got a bit of Spec Ops experience from my time in Rancor in FBG, and hope i can show it more often.
