My goal in joining High Command is to help make the server a vibrant, welcoming, and entertaining place for all players. I've established a framework and a feeling of community within Rancor that motivates its members to reach their full potential, and I am confident that I can apply the same concept to the entire server. I've always taken the initiative to provide guidance, discipline, and motivation as a leader, and I intend to continue maintaining and raising the bar set by both past and present leaders. My goal is to ensure that the community's current and future generations can prosper without unnecessary obstacles, with High Command serving as a reliable source of guidance and support.

What are the duties of a High Command Member?:
High Command (HICOM) personnel oversee battalions and ensure the smooth operation of the Frostbite community. They maintain records, uphold regulations, and notify all members of the organization. HICOM guides and mentors battalions, enforces rules, and offers guidance. They uphold professionalism and unity throughout the server by acting as role models, sharing important updates, and guarding against misleading information.

I have always made an effort to develop and improve with every experience since joining the Rancor Battalion. I always strive to assist others while upholding the high standards of our society, and I place a high value on problem-solving, discipline, teamwork, and communication. In order to ensure that everything we do is done with professionalism and respect, I believe it's critical to find a balance between having fun and being structured. My goal is to help our community transition to a more organized, engaging, and enjoyable roleplay and gaming future.
