My role is crucial, as I am entrusted with assessing the capabilities and potential of Enlisted personnel as they prepare to transition into NCO roles. I possess the expertise to evaluate their technical skills, leadership qualities, and readiness for increased responsibilities. I supervise all Enlisted members and NCOs, ensuring they are on track to meet their promotion quotas and providing guidance tailored to their individual strengths and areas for improvement. I take an active role in assigning specific duties and tasks that align with their career advancement goals, while fostering a culture of mentorship and support. My responsibilities include managing operations on the front lines, where I issue precise orders to Enlisted personnel and NCOs during critical missions and training exercises, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in high-pressure situations. I coordinate logistics and resources to maintain seamless functioning. Additionally, I guide our troopers through complex events, including training exercises and multiple SIMs. I mentor those newly promoted to their ranks, helping them navigate their unique challenges. Throughout all these endeavors, I prioritize creating an inclusive and enjoyable environment, ensuring every member feels valued and has a rewarding service experience.

Command oversees all enlisted members, NCOs, and officers, helping them meet the requirements for promotion to the next rank by assigning specific duties that must be completed for advancement. Their responsibilities include issuing orders to enlisted personnel, NCOs, and officers during events, training, and SIMs. Additionally, they guide the troopers through various activities, mentor those in new ranks, and ensure that all members have a positive and enjoyable experience.

I will actively engage with my battalion by sharing ideas and involving everyone in collaborative efforts. I am committed to ensuring that every individual's voice is heard in our meetings, whether they offer positive or negative suggestions or questions. I will ensure that everyone is treated equally, regardless of rank. While ranks should be used to reflect experience and maintain the chain of command, I also emphasize the importance of high-ranking individuals showing respect to those in lower-ranking positions. I plan to organize active events for the battalion to keep them engaged. I will actively test my NCOs' and Officers' knowledge to ensure they understand where information is, comprehend it, and can effectively communicate with enlisted members. I will continue to actively learn the needs of my battalion, working with them to see what more we can bring to it.
