I have been a Senior Admin, Super Admin, and Head Admin across multiple servers. As a Head Admin, I have created documents for server owners and been a Super Admin in large servers with a high population count. I have also mentored players during their TMod to Senior Mod phase, always helping them when they need help or need questions answered.

I bring a unique perspective to the role, as I don't have any bias towards anyone. Evidence comes first, regardless of whether that person has been on for years or a few hours. I am committed to continuous learning, seeking to expand my staffing knowledge beyond the handbook. I am eager to share this knowledge with Mods and Admins who need or want help. I am deeply dedicated to proving my worth in the community and earning trust through my actions. If I make a mistake, I always speak up. I try to record any staff encounters I have, and if asked, I will provide the unedited recording. This commitment to transparency and honesty is a cornerstone of my approach. Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?
I will continue to review the evidence presented by the reporting party and gather their perspective before issuing a warning to the reported party for LTAP. This will include considering any valid reasons provided in the evidence. If there is no acceptable evidence, then LTAP will be the only reported offense.
How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?:
I'll take a friendly approach when speaking to them, aiming to communicate with kindness and respect. I will try to see if they are doing it only for their amusement or if they are only upset because they are being reported or have been pulled to a staff sit. If they continue, I will verbally warn them to stop, and that if they continue, they will be issued a Formal Warning for Disrespect towards a staff member. Any further escalation, I will jail them for the appropriate time.
