1. What is your in-game name?: Classy

2. What is your current rank?: 1SGT

3. What is your SteamID (not 64)?: STEAM_0:0:110243349

4. How many hours (!time in-game to check) do you have on the server?: 240

5. Why do you wish to become an Officer in the 21st?: I understand the responsibilities for assessing the capabilities and potential of Enlisted personnel as they prepare to transition into NCO roles. I understand how to evaluate their technical skills, leadership qualities, and readiness for increased responsibilities. I will supervise all Enlisted members and NCOs, ensuring they are on track to meet their promotion quotas and providing guidance tailored to their individual strengths and areas for improvement. I take an active role in assigning specific duties and tasks that align with their career advancement goals while fostering a mentorship and support culture. My responsibilities include managing operations, where I issue precise orders to Enlisted personnel and NCOs during critical missions and training exercises, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in high-pressure situations. I also oversee all base operations, coordinating logistics and resources to maintain seamless functioning. Additionally, I will guide the 21st through various complex events, such as training exercises and community outreach programs. I will mentor those newly promoted to their ranks, helping them navigate their unique challenges. Throughout all these endeavors, I prioritize creating an inclusive and enjoyable environment, ensuring every member feels valued and has a rewarding service experience. I will demonstrate respect for all battalion members, ensuring that their needs are met and that support is readily available when requested. I will actively engage with my battalion by sharing ideas and involving everyone in collaborative efforts. I am committed to ensuring that every individual's voice is heard during our meetings, regardless of whether they offer positive or negative suggestions or questions. I will ensure everyone is treated equally, regardless of rank, enlisted personnel, NCOs, or officers. While ranks should reflect experience and maintain the chain of command, I also emphasize the importance of lower-ranking individuals showing respect to those in positions of authority and actively engaging in learning and training. I plan to create active events for the battalion to keep them active and engaged. I want to bring more out of the 21st and set a battalion standard. I will actively test the knowledge of my NCOs to make sure they understand where information is, if they understand it, and if they can communicate with the enlisted members. I will continue to actively learn the needs of my battalion, working with them to see what more we can bring to it.

6. What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over the other candidates?: I understand the responsibilities for assessing Enlisted personnel's abilities to become NCOs, ensuring they are capable and prepared for the role. I will oversee all Enlisted members and NCOs to help them achieve their quotas for promotion to the next rank. I will also be able to assign them specific duties that must be fulfilled to advance. My responsibilities as an Officer will include managing all members, issuing orders to Enlisted personnel and NCOs during attacks, and working with the other Officers to create a thorough and professional battalion. I am driven to challenge myself and push the boundaries of what I can achieve on the server. I am committed to helping all players find what interests them in Star Wars role-play. I am particularly interested in increasing battalion numbers, ensuring that current and future members understand the importance of documentation related to their roles on the server and the significance of their active participation in simulations and events.

7. What is the job of an Officer in the battalion?: To foster growth and ensure our battalion is active in SIMs, Events, and Roleplay. It's essential that those who make mistakes learn from them. We want to instill a desire in everyone to remain a part of the Grand Army. Teaching all enlisted personnel, NCOs, and fellow officers to treat each other equally. Those in lower ranks must respect the authority of those above them, but those in authority should respect those they lead. In meetings, ensure that everyone has the opportunity to voice their opinions and suggestions. Additionally, I aim to provide a model for those who aspire to take my place in the future, guiding them to either mirror my leadership or strive to surpass it.

8. Why should you be trusted with being an Officer?: I am driven to challenge myself and push the limits of what I can accomplish on the server. My commitment lies in actively supporting the recruitment of players into the Galactic Marines and adding to the overall growth of our community. I am focused on boosting the member count within the Battalion, ensuring that current and prospective members grasp the vital importance of reading documentation pertaining to their roles and the necessity of their active engagement in the Galactic Marines. I am eager to offer my assistance in creating and refining documentation, guiding the NCOs and enlisted members, coordinating tryouts, and enhancing our role-play experiences during simulations and events. I aim to lead the battalion in building teamwork and dedication to the meaning of being a Galactic Marine.
