I can be on 4+ hours a day for most of the week and am always available throughout the week on DiscordWhy should you be given a chance to join Junior Management?:
I feel as though I should be given the chance at Junior Management for multiple reason. For one I already have been working with management on issues and updating information as well as helping to provide some help to different areas of the server, such as Gamemaster and Questmaster. I am highly responsible in reporting things that should not be had up the Chain of Command, will work hard for the server, and can be a good source of information for others to have. I like assisting others and training them up to be better but also am not afraid to hand out punishments when the situation calls for it. In RP I have earned my spot as Alpha ARC Fordo and plan to continue to set higher standards on the server to allow for more fun to be had.Provide three strengths that you posses which you’d bring to JMT which you’d use to benefit the Staff Team:
Three strengths that I could bring to the JMT team are general activity, independent work ethic, and customer services. With me working mostly from home I am able to be on the server a lot as well as work on situations in Discord. I am good at finding issues and working non them on my own if possible or given access to do so but when not I will send it to the appropriate people and then actively follow up on those issues of my own accord even when it doesn't pertain to me, the battalion I'm in, or anything of that nature. Lastly with the work I regularly do I have had lots of experience dealing with customers of many types and have been told by multiple companies that I have above average to excellent level customer service skills almost all the time. I feel I could bring these skills to Junior Management as well as help with communication to the players when and where needed.As a Superadmin if you see a Staff Member overusing curse words, being aggressive and overall providing subpar assistance, how would you go about dealing with that situation?:
If this behavior is persisting I would pull the staff member aside and talk with him. I have found often when situations like the one mentioned above happens it's because of high stress levels or a negative life experience happening. In either case I'd explain that it is not acceptable to do this and recommend they apologize and then get off the server for a time and take a break from the game to clear themselves. If they staff member does not heed this action and instead stays on and continues this behavior I would then issue an appropriate strike and forcibly kick the staff from the server for a set amount of time to cool off. An adult time out as it were.What do you believe makes a quality Staff Member?:
Customer skills in general are what make a quality staff member and an open minded attitude. Customer service skills range from listening to situations, understanding customer/player frustrations and complaints and then acting on the information in a productive manner. These type of skills are used every day and being able to master them takes a long time and the ability to look at ones self. Being open minded is also just not judging or assuming before hearing all sides of a situation fairly.As a Superadmin you’ll have the responsibility of handing out punishments possibly resulting in backlash, would you be able to handle said responsibility?:
I feel I would as I am already having to deal with that a little in my current RP position. Not to the same extent but I am confident in my decisions and will stand by other management decisions in face of backlash.
As a final note I will say I asked if I could apply and was told I could by Blackout. I hope to get this position and to continue to work hard and help the server.
