What regiment are you applying for?: Medical Corps.
Why do you wish to become a Command member?: I wish to progress into the Commander position because I love the Medical Corps and wish to see it go further and free up a VCMDR position for anyone who wants it. I wish to continue to progress the interactions with our command team and our Officers/NCOs, as I've seen notable improvement on Trainings, tryouts, and SIMs being held by MC personnel.
How much time do you have on the server?:// 1,029 hours.
What are the duties of a Command member?: They help Lead the battalion by example and are expected to follow and enforce every aspect of the rules set in the MOTD and S.O.P, handling punishments for those in their battalion that break them. They also oversee the Enlisted, NCOs, and Officers in that they are hosting regular tryouts/training and attending to their duties as expected of MC personnel. They keep the Battalions Documents up to date with the current guides and rules given by High Command, and help facilitate good relations between our other battalions.
Why should we trust you with this position?: I feel like I have done well in the position of VCMDR and continue to improve daily, I have gained allot of experience with managing the Battalion and helping it to progress towards what our MC members wish it to be. I have helped mend rifts between battalions and we have progress towards joint patrols and co-operation with others as well! I have enjoyed my time as a command member helping manage MC and want to continue to do so.
How often can you be online?: 7 days a week; I have been online for around 4/5 hours on work days and more on my free days.
