++++++ SUPPORT because He would be great for The spot, he has done well as a LTCOL In the 104th I think he would be great at Vice commander. I think he would be a good addition to the 104th VCMDR Team
+++++++++++++++++++++ SUPPORTT!!! Maybe his app is a lil small? But from I've seen he is perfect for the role, Hes one of the most active 104th that's had to deal with other ones screw ups and handled those situations both perfectly and maturely, give this man the job he's earned!
He does alot of good work from what ive seen within the 104th he does like ALL the trainings and Hes Super active, approachable and Positive all of which i think are good qualities of a person who should be command

Caleb is probably the most active 104th I have seen in quite some time, and he has such a welcoming personality. Any time I see him on, he is either welcoming new players to the server, setting up stuff for 104th to do, or just overall being a friendly person to everyone around. He knows how to communicate to the NCOs/Enlisted under him properly, and I have never once heard that he had issues with being a poor leader. He definitely deserves to move into a Command position and show what he can do with breathing new life into 104th.
-support for now I believe Caleb is a decent officer, but I don’t think an application with this little effort should be considered for a command position. If you aren’t willing to put effort into your application, it raises concerns about how much effort you would put into the battalion itself.
Maybe if more effort is put into the application I would reconsider.
