What experience do you have that is relevant for High Command (Command and High Command Ranks from current/past servers):

I currently and of course VCMDR in 501st but in the past I have been the second in command of a few halo clans including Demonix and UNSC 5th Fleet the first one for around 2 years taking it from 39 members up to 400 during my time their and the second helping reorganise it after a massive exodus. I also have had alot of experience in growing sub units and helping them improve in their specialties while i have been in the server like Carnivore Research and Senate commados.

Why do you wish to become a High Command Member?:

I wish to become a member of Hicom as it is the best way to help the server and battalions further prosper and improve by fostering further co-operation between battalions in sims trainings or operations created by the battalions. I also want to become a member of HICOM so I can help every battalion do their best to create new leaders with new ideas who would have fresh thoughts and views on changes for their battalions to help them. Another big reason is I want to help encourage and foster more RP scenarios during the less active times on the server.

How much time do you have on the server?: 950+ hours

What are the duties of a High Command Member?:

The duties of high command are to oversee the battalions and see if the battalions they are assigned as overseers where if commanders need assistance or any advice they can bring issues up to these individuals to help them. Hicom also will overlook any documents battalions create detailing changes to the battalions like new sub units or revamps and give their own constructive feed back if they think somethings need tweaking or if they don't need to give feedback give the green light to post the suggestion.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I believe I can be trusted in this position as I am a hard-worker and dedicated. Towards the server and will do anything I can to help improve it. I also think my track records in 501st, Shock and MC have shown this where I have or still do my best to help everyone around me and do my best to help those groups go. I want to move this towards high command as I want to help commanders and vcmdrs further grow and develop their battalions.

How often can you be online?:

Everyday with only Mondays to Wednesdays being lesser due to work but will appear around 2 - 3 hours on those days.
