3. Why would you like to become a Gamemaster Coordinator?

  Overall, I've been a Gamemaster for 8 Months. I’ve done numerous events, assisted in events, trained TGM’s and more. I would love to continue my growth as a GM with the rank of GMC, especially with assisting the GM team that's been taking a few blows with inactivity and lower quality events. Now I know I say it a lot, But I genuinely love this community and given the chance too help the GM team and host larger more quality filled events would be amazing!

4. If accepted the position, what can you bring to the table as a Gamemaster Coordinator?

I want to help bring higher quality Events with more than “CIS ahh combat!” | Help Encourage Gamemasters to actually come out with their problems (as I’ve seen Gm’s say they have “problems” yet don't speak out whenever asked) and bring growth too the Gm’s ranks, With my horrid amount of free time I plan on bringing a more thriving active GM team. I wish to help struggling GM's with the best of my abilities and assist Vexin and hellion with everything behind the scenes for the GM team! I rather have the GM team feel like a family then a Job

5. If you see anyone using their powers off duty as in spawning stuff, freezing people, or arresting people (the job doesn’t come with an arrest stick) how would you respond if it was the first time?

I would drag the GM into a secluded area and warn them of there actions, then I would immediately warn the fellow GMC's within our respective chat about a proper punishment. Most likely leading too a strike and verbal

5a. From the previous question, what if the same stuff happened multiple times in the past, how would you proceed?

At that case, I would remove his Gm rank, and discuss with the other GMC’s about a proper punishment, but he will most likely be removed and blacklisted (depending on severity)  for abuse of powers

A Gamemaster is having a crappy event, What would you do and say??

First I’d pull him into Event Chat 2, try to ask what is happening and what's making them struggle then I will then pull them back and start assisting with the event. As well as asking for any available GM’s to come assist with me. Like said above, I rather have the GM team feel like a family you can rely on than a job.
