“Why do you wish to become a High Command Member?”

"I wish to become a Marshal Commander that the players can rely on. I want to use the dedication I’ve put into the server to help grow the community and Battalions alike as well as I want to be a fresh Hicom member that's genuinely seen every day and interacting with the players as much as I can as well as to gain experience with Hicom for both this server and the possibility of future servers. I always loved trying to step up and help in any way I can and would love to oversee and assist with any battalions that are currently low on numbers or just genuinely need that help. I'm not exactly the best at making applications but the best I can put it into words is I really want to help this server thrive.”

“What are the duties of a High Command Member?”

“From what I’ve seen and heard, Hicom are assigned to certain battalions to oversee changes, promotions, roster,ECT. They also help the Command teams of the battalions assigned with physical/verbal Guidance on whatever their problems may be. They have to constantly take care of/look out for those under them as well as dealing with any Drama’s or issues professionally. Within High command you are held to a much higher standard and constantly tested on your leadership skills. They with the help of management help make massive decisions for the server and help with behind the scenes scenarios, as well as dealing with any server politics that arise.”

“Why should we trust you with this position?”

”I want to use the dedication I've put into this server to continue growing the community into a safer, stronger place. I have said it over and over but I absolutely love this server and everyone in it and will strive to keep the people within it safe and their experience great. I will use the knowledge I have learned and continue learning to teach and guide the new upcoming Command members for a bright future! I am as active as I can be and and wish to prove I am capable enough for Hicom”
