How many hours/time do you have on the server?: 218 hours
Why do you wish to become a Officer? (explain in 50+ words, no less): Well when I joined the server, I tried to play a different battalion because I knew I'd get sucked into the 501st as it's always been my favorite. Low and behold, I eventually joined it due to the camaraderie I saw amongst the members and difference in combat and roleplay. I want to be an officer for this battalion to encourage and instill that feeling in future members. On top of that, I feel like I can bring new and fresh ideas to the table as well as operate in a timeframe other officers can't fill.
What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: Speaking from experience on a different CWRP server, I've served time in many positions including working my way up to being a former 501st XO. My prior experience as an officer have taught me how important it is to think on many overall aspects: keeping up battalion numbers and activity, providing trainings, keeping good relations with other battalions, joint trainings, and overall making sure the battalion is in a healthy place.
What is the job of a Officer in the Battalion? (explained in good detail): I believe the role an officer plays is as a mentor. They relay need to know information amongst the ranks from command and educate nco's and enlisted when needed. Officers should be able to be approached with anything to assist members of the battalion whether it's by providing direct answers or finding the answer for them. Officers should be able to lead, whether its during an event or some other RP scenario. Additionally, they should know how to train properly and provide the correct reinforcement when needed. If done right, they should be members the battalion looks up to and respects.
Why should you be trusted with being an Officer? (use 50+ words no less): Actions speak louder than words. In the short time I've been on the server, I've been apart of many trainings, sims, events, and rp scenarios that I feel I've shown what I'm capable of and that I'm trustworthy. That along with my previous experience, I feel I have the right mindset and creative drive to do well as an officer. I know my faults and I know I'm not perfect, hell no one is, but I can guarantee I'd never abuse my authority nor take it for granted.
Fives out.
