Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I wish to help the Rc's with anything they may need assistance with when joker or sarge might not be around i feel communication no matter the situation can lead to a well functioning group to prevent any problems down the line.
What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: At this point in time i am the only eligible to do so and i was recommended to apply i dont think or believe i am a special person when it comes to this i just want to make an attempt do my best and see where it takes me.
What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: To be the first person in the chain of command for enlisted and ncos to go to if there is a request, question, or problem while also maintaining my previous role of doing tryouts and sims. Maintaining the face of the Rcs keeping a fresh and welcome environment.
Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:Honestly i dont expect trust i expect to earn it and be a trusted member of rc leadership and the server by my actions instead or just thinking i get it because of my rank.
