Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I wish to become a command member as I've never done it before it will be a first for me. I want to become command to make the battalion more enjoyable and fun for everyone. On top of that I can maintain discipline and uphold the standards of rancor as i have shown to prove others worthy and my earlier experience as a colonel in the 212th attack battalion strengthened my leadership . Hence why i am LTCOL and entrusted with Clone Assassin Lead, because i put forth effort towards my battalion and its people and make sure they and myself enjoy what we have and build on it to make the best battalion and ensure that things do not get out of hand. Also i want to organize sims and Mission with other command teams to keep the RP going and engage with other battalions outside of SF and promote it to our officers which has proven themselves As well.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

In my experience, Command members are in charge of keeping records such as rosters up to date and assisting in the creation or revision of pertinent information as needed. While enforcing discipline and correcting behavior when needed, they make sure that the battalion action complies with server and commander requirements. It's critical to communicate updates and changes to officers, noncommissioned officers, and enlisted personnel. Command also manages planning, deployments, and trainings to guarantee that members have a fun and professional time in the battalion.

You should trust me with this position because I bring proven multi-regiment leadership experience. As a RANCOR Lieutenant Colonel, I understand the regiment's procedures, tactical mindset, and leadership expectations. My role a Colonel in the 212th developed my administrative operational and personnel management skills. I have a clean record consistent professionalism and a strong commitment to the community. My leadership is disciplined reliable and focused on improving the regiment. I am ready to meet the VCMDR responsibilities and support RANCOR's continued success.

How often can you be online?:

I can be active nearly every day, consistently dedicating several hours to training, operations, and supporting the regiment and its troopers. I can maintain a dependable command presence.
