Adding Jocasta Nu

Name: Tac/Luminara

Rank: Council

Authorization: Yoda/Azula

Suggestion Description: Killing Nahdar Vebb (Cannon) and adding Jocasta Nu

Why add this?: Well, I believe Nahdar vebb is a kind of useless lore character that nobody plays, and Jocasta is a plainly better lore character, kinda baddass. And we would most likely give them a specialty to make books

Any Links?: N/A (ADDING THIS WOULD REPLACE NAHDAR VEBB!!!!!)
