Why add this?

Rules and Why to Add:

Lightning Company’s current artillery setup limits engagement due to its stationary nature. The proposed system replaces outdated artillery assets with a modernized, mobile solution that allows personnel to actively support frontline units while remaining engaged in combat objectives.

 

The new system improves accuracy, response time, and coordination while preventing misuse of artillery as a "UAV". It allows Lightning Company to operate independently without reliance on GM or Combat Engineer for large artillery spawns, improving gameplay flow, role satisfaction, and overall battalion value.

 

General Rules for Artillery Tool:

Continuous Barrage: BANNED

Salvo: Restricted to Lightning Company Lead and Vice Lead

Ammunition: HE rounds only

155mm usage potentially restricted to Lightning Company Lead and Vice Lead
